Because right as the 90's were ending every implant manufacturer stopped making huge implants. I dont know why.

Basically in all of North America the largest implants you will find that a doctor will put in you are 800cc silicone implants. You can have them "overfilled" to like 1000cc-2000cc, but the trade off is that the more you overfill the implant the rounder and firmer it gets.

They used to make 2000cc-3000cc ones so that you could fill them up huge and they would still be soft.

Nowadys the onyl way to get huge implants is to either get custom "Expanders", which cost a fortune and can have regular fill ups to achieve a very large size over time. Its what Beshine and that Englishgirl lady have. Its basically every BE fetish lovers dream to get his GF/wife a pair of those.

There are regular saline implants you can get custom made too that are like 1000cc+ but they also cost a fucking fortune, and youd have to travelt o places like Brazil to have them put in as no surgeon in north america will put them in.

Sorry, I meant to say SALINE implants, not Silicone. Silicone implants CANNOT have more added to them. Them come as is. Saline implants on the other hand come as empty shells, and they add saline to them after being put inside a girls chest on the operating table to fill them up. Leaves a much smaller incision scar as they just roll the shell up and slip it through a little slit.

Saline ones are the ones that can be overfilled.
