Bro, if I was you, I'd be real careful!

Instead of Paypal, try to get her to agree to do the transaction through Western Union instead. I'm pretty sure they can act as an intermediary for a very small charge (in other words, you can transfer the money to them, to be delivered to her with your consent, and they can confirm to her that they have the money). This way, if she doesn't follow through, you can get your money back (minus the small fee) and if she does follow through, you can release the funds so she can receive them.
