Women are sort of designed to be able to nurse, as they possess the proper hormones in abundance and the neurological wiring to make it more possible. But no, they would not turn into womanly breasts. They'd still look like ugly, hairy moobs.

I think you should prevent her from doing that. In fact, show her who wears the mammaries in the relationship! Get her moo'ing.

It would still take 15 minutes per boob (the reflex 'gets bored' after longer than that,) 4-8 times a day before you got drops, and then it'd take months longer to work up a bigger supply. That's for women. I'd wager it'd take longer for a man that doesn't gorge on soy and eroded plastic artificial hormones all day.

Male lactation does exist, but is often started in puberty. It can be started through enormous stimulation+dietary supplements.

But it's highly unlikely to ever, no matter how much she plays with them. If you want to temporarily have real tits, look into saline injection.
