Heh. Oddly, this question comprises a surprising amount of the posts on /mi/.
All you need to know is that, yes, a normal non-lactating or pregnant chick can get herself milking as much as a woman nursing an infant. With DISCIPRINE and practice.
You need about 15 minutes of stimulation at each tit (alternating if you want), about four to eight times a day. No more than 15. More than 15, you'll just be singing to a person that isn't listening anymore. The pumps and receptive equipment pretty much shut off and need a cooldown.
There's also a psychological aspect to it. The women more into it will have an easier time accommodating than somebody that is just doing it to try and.. well, earn popularity.
I would recommend that anybody UNDER 18 NOT try this. Lactation robs the bones of vital minerals, and it takes the body awhile to break down the foods necessary to replenish them. Generally unless you have a healthy love of food, the needed calories and nutrients you give up in order to do it can be.. taxing. Your diet will need to get better if you want to maintain. Also, public pools and things may be a no~no. And hearing crying babies will cause those tits to leak. So keep that in mind. Get different bras with emergency padding, arrange excuses to go pump.
