It's a neat little trick I discovered when trying to learn skin tone adjustment. Adobe photoshop has two functions called dodge (to lighten) and burn (to darken) that you use for re-touch work. If you use dodge and then burn the area around it the skin looks raised.

Following this method you just dodge and burn to make tentacle bulges, egg bulges or whatever. Then you use liquify to give the wobbly edging and you're more or less done.

Much easier than the whole leg transplant thing I used to use for bulges. Different situations though.

I don't go in for vore at all I'm afraid. Or stretch marks. The only reason you're getting those morphs is that they were intended as unbirth. The fact that they can go either way is in your favour.

As for the other suggestion it's one that I've been trying to work on for such a long time. My idea was to have someone suspended with two girls kissing each other through the internal membranes (one has head up arse and other in womb).
