I'd quite like to try inflating myself, but I have no real idea where to start, can anyone give me any ideas?
>> No. 403
Or well, to clarify, I'd quite like to inflate myself using enemas but I don't really know what to do.

Get one of those 2 quart combo enema/douche bags to start with, you can usually buy them at a pharmacy or online. http://www.shopinprivate.com/thersbminen3.html

Fill it up with warm water, use the smaller nozzle to start with, hang the bag a couple feet above your stomach and let it flow in. Take however much is comfortable - if it hurts, stop.

Basically, just keep practicing until you figure out what feels best for you.

I really wouldn't. The risks to your permanent health aren't worth the thrill and I fear for your safety.

there's typically not much of a risk to it at all as long as you do it safely.

Thank you! I'll be on the lookout for them then.

Or you can try to start with an aquarium air pump
It's cheaper, and air is far lighter than water, so less damaging than water (and easier to expel, too)

>>405 I'm still waiting for anyone to explain to me exactly what those risks are, not to mention backing it up with reliable sources. I'm not trying to be an asshole here, I've been inflating for half my life now and would like to know as much about it as possible. Statistically, it seems pretty harmless. I've been on a lot of different forums and talked to many people who inflate themselves, but apart from Inflate98's sprained ribcage I've never heard even one story about injuries. And the ribcage is hardly an intestinal rupture - he got it from being inflated for too long at a time.

As long as you're careful, you'll probably be fine. Pain tells me when to stop, but your threshold could of course be different. The first couple of times might not be very pleasant or successful, but you'll get more used to it. My experience is that, just like with hard exercise, a couple of days' restitution between sessions is a good idea.
Good luck, and don't explode on us now. ;)

i got a sprained ribcage once or twice. though i had a couple cannabis brownies before inflating the pain didn't kick in until after it wore off.
didn't get bigger, but the air started rushing out of my throat once it got high enough

None of us are medical professionals. If you want a medical opinion, call a doctor. I couldn't tell you for certain why radiation is bad for you, either. It doesn't make it any less damaging.

I'm by no means an expert, but I've read that too much water too fast can cause problems with electrolyte imbalances (as experienced by some athletes, and the occasional story about college frats binge drinking water instead of beer) and air at too high a pressure could potentially diffuse into the blood stream possibly causing bubbles, which generally is bad (air embolisms).

That said, I have no idea how likely either of those are, nor how serious it's likely to be if they do occur (although death is possible in either case), nor the best way to take precautions to do it safely and minimize the risks.

Good luck.

The body will want to expel the water soon after an enema, so retaining to the point of it becoming a mortal danger is hard. Anyway, intoxication takes large amounts, more than a beginner could likely even get in.

Not OP, but tonight I tried inflating myself with water. Well, it started off as a gentle shower-hose enema, but I kept going. It took me what seemed like half an hour to get all of the water out. It wasn't painful, but I don't feel 100%...

Any comments?

It takes a while for it all to come out if you use a lot, it's usually longer than it takes to get it in. It can be a little exhausting, but if you keep working at it, it can be pretty fun.
>> No. 445
There's always someone looking to be the next Mr. Hands I guess. Just remember that, while water can be pressurized, it's actually incompressible (as in, its volume doesn't change no matter how much pressure is put on it), so if you try to squeeze through/into something while carrying a load, you're very likely to rupture something.

Inflation is not real.

You can't inflate yourself like a cartoon.

Don't do it.

I swear, fucking morons come around here and getting the stupidest ideas.

You wanna be a balloon? Go gain 300 pounds.

geez, you got enough hot air coming from this text to fill a dirigible....

1. Ignore the trolls.
2. People inflate regularly with no ill effects.
3. See 1 and 2.

Radiation is bad for you because it ionizes your cells creating free radicals which are inherently unstable. It literally tears your cells apart at the atomic level by destroying the molecular bonds that form the basis of those cells.

I read about a girl who used saline pumped into her uterus to simulate up to a 4 month pregnancy, she stopped when she ended up with horrible cramps, infections and missed her period for nearly half a year. It is possible but I wouldn't recommend it, if you'd wanna simulate it, you can always get a fake pregnancy kit online, one of those huge foam stomachs.

watch and read the comments. feel free to msg me with questions on there.

There's no such thing as inflating safely. If you inflate, you _are_ setting yourself up for permanent damage, risk of infection, embolisms, disruption of electrolytes, and leaky gut syndrome. Even the colon hydrotherapy people understand this.
Just so long as you understand this is effectively using a condom to have sex with a person who has a highly communicable sexually transmitted disease. "Safety" in inflating yourself is relative.

"Leaky gut syndrome"? Not even a recognized condition, more like a buzz word for snake oil salesmen. Keep your cautions on a level more according to your expertise, which I suspect is minimal. "Be careful" would be a more appropriate response.

I suppose there ate risks of fungal and bacterial infections if you do something like that, so I would recommend to use antibiotic like doxycycline and antifungals like fluconazole or nizoral shampoo for absolute safety against infections.

using enemas is quite pointless this does not inflate much. tomach also has limited capacity.
so I think only way to get some visible results is to use all ways at once: snuff your vagina up to the limit, eat a watermelon , and take enema, that should do some more or less visible impact.

By the way there is one interesting medical procedure of literal belly inflation. It is called "Peritoneal dialysis" and performed by the patient at home.
It would be interesting to see someone doing that.

ITT: People who think heresay is fact.

Thousands of people receive enemas every day with no harmful results. Prepare an enema solution (not just straight water), use a smooth nozzle, and stop if you feel pain. You'll be fine.

Also, don't do it more than bi-monthly or you will develop a dependence on enemas to crap.

I've been doing it bi-daily for weeks on end and never had any problems; if anything I defecate easier than most people. Remember that people who make their money from "cleaning" people's bowels aren't usually real doctors, but they have to say something anyway to seem competent. Until any real research is done on this "hobby", the best source out there really is the people who are doing it, not some assumptive wise guys. No offense, I don't count you amongst them.
