To make goo look like cum, chalk dust or powdered titanium dioxide works. Milk spoils horribly. The water soluble titanium dioxide is sold as cosmetic whitener, and it's also used to make your slime look less see through. If you want a solid green slime like the stuff on Nicolodeon, you would mix in titanium dioxide with your green colorant.
As for iron oxide black, you really have to mix and disperse the dry powder before adding it anywhere. I find that using a 2L pop bottle filled halfway with water and shaking it up works the best. If you don't disperse the pigment properly, it will end up clumping and staining your cleanup area or anything else it makes contact with. Then again, that's the key to making any good slime. If you don't disperse ingredients properly, you will end up with watery clumps and waste your money.
