The Bad thing being it shows how easy the idea of amendments is to abuse in the Us by essentially changing the cover to make the bill seem different as, making rich people richer while taking down half the internet no one would vote for that or in the public would put up with it, but tell them its to protect children and watch it swing the other way very quick.
