Well the thought is flattering, but I intimidate the poor man enough already. As it stands it was fun enough messing with his head and not providing/using chopsticks, meaning he had to use his fingers!
You gotta understand, the guy is a real life friend of ours, who was a fan before he met me and met me before he know who I was and what I do. As such, he's smitten with me and terribly afraid of overstepping his bounds... All of which made this even more fun!
Now, just so this isn't just a wasted wall of text, here's a couple pics showing the rope work, and how it should look in the back if you want to do it this way yourself. The openings in the web make it easier to keep the sushi from slipping/shifting.(you don't want her laying on knots, too painful over a prolonged period.)
